Our Team

I’m Shawn Drnjevich, a strategic and innovative Talent Acquisition Leader with nearly 25 years of talent acquisition experience. My experience is well-rounded starting my career in the search firm world before gaining Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Corporate Talent Acquisition experience for some of the world’s most successful organizations. Among the companies I’ve had the privilege of working for includes several fortune 1000 companies, Alcoa, Boeing, WESCO, and ATI, along with being instrumental in building and growing the RPO model within PPG.

My background allows me to meet customers exactly where they are, offering support that’s grounded in empathy and shaped by experience. I know what it takes to build strong, scalable recruiting strategies while managing the day-to-day pressures of hiring. That’s the perspective I bring to every engagement with corporate organizations—practical, credible, and tailored to what works in the real world of talent acquisition.

Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated a knack for building, implementing, and leading strategic talent acquisition programs and high performing teams. I excel in taking deep dives into current talent acquisition programs and processes to identify areas of opportunity and improve all facets of attracting and hiring talent.

My passion and goal is to help you drive organizational success by attracting, hiring, onboarding and retaining top talent.

As for what I enjoy, building strong relationships and having meaningful impact helping organizations grow.  Mostly, though, I enjoy spending time with my two  daughters, being a gymnastics Dad, softball coach, and watching my kids have fun and grow!
